1. Who we are

The controller of your personal data is WORK CONSULT SRL, registered office: Sat Pechea, Comuna Pechea, Str. Horincei nr. 6, jud. Galați, Romania, Trade Register no. J2007001091172, tax ID (CUI) 22025880, office: Galați, Str. General Alexandru Cernat nr. 114 ("Work Consult", "we").

2. What data we collect

Booking the free call: full name, e-mail address, phone number (required only for a phone call), organisation (optional), type of organisation, your message, and the day, time and format you choose.

Signing up for a course: full name, phone, e-mail address, organisation (optional), the capacity in which you sign up, number of participants, preferred format, your experience with EU-funded projects and, optionally, what you would like to learn.

When you write to us or call us directly: the data you choose to share.

Technical data: on every visit our hosting provider automatically processes your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the website and protect it from attacks. Your cookie choice is stored only in your browser.

We currently use no traffic analytics or advertising tools.

3. Why we use the data and on what legal basis

To arrange the call you asked for, reply to you and sign you up for a course – steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR").

To send you the booking or sign-up confirmation by e-mail – same basis.

To meet legal obligations (e.g. accounting and tax) if you become a client – Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

To keep the website running and secure – our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

For a newsletter, analytics or marketing – only if we introduce these services and only with your prior consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. How long we keep the data

Booking and sign-up data: only as long as needed to reply to you and organise the call or course, after which we delete it – at most 6 months after the last contact, unless you become a client.

If you become a client: for the duration of our work together and then as long as the law requires for accounting records.

Calendar bookings are deleted automatically shortly after the date of the call.

5. Who receives the data

We do not sell or rent your data. Only the members of the Work Consult team who need it to reply to you can access it.

We use providers that process data on our behalf under contract: Cloudflare, Inc., for website hosting and booking storage, and Resend, Inc., for sending confirmation e-mails.

Public authorities may receive data only when the law requires it.

6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some providers (Cloudflare and Resend) may process data outside the EEA, including in the USA. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.

To exercise your rights, write to info@work-consult.eu. We reply within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

8. Data security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to data is limited to the people who need it. No system is completely secure; if a security breach affects you, we will inform you as required by law.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The version in force is the one published on this page. Last updated: 26 October 2026.
