2. Accepting these terms

By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

3. Information on this website

Information about funding programmes, calls, deadlines and eligibility is general and indicative. For each call, the official applicant’s guide and the documents published by the managing authority apply, and they may change at any time.

The content of the website is not a firm offer, personalised advice or a guarantee that a project will be funded. Consulting services are provided only under a signed contract.

4. Booking the free call

The 30-minute call is free and places you under no obligation. The booking is confirmed once you receive the confirmation e-mail.

If you can no longer attend, please let us know by replying to the confirmation e-mail. We may reschedule the call, letting you know in good time.

5. Signing up for courses

The sign-up form is a request, not a contract. Your place is reserved once we contact you and confirm your participation.

The price, dates, payment method and cancellation terms of each course are given to you before confirmation and are set out in the offer or contract you receive. If you are a consumer, you have all the rights the law provides for distance contracts.

6. Intellectual property

The texts, materials, photos and graphics on the website belong to Work Consult or are used with their authors’ permission. You may read them and share them by link, but you may not copy, modify or use them commercially without our written consent.

Course materials are for participants only and may not be redistributed.

7. Links to other websites

The website may link to websites of other organisations (for example managing authorities or official platforms). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

8. Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the information correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or error-free at all times. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the general information on the website, nor for temporary interruptions of the website.

9. Personal data and cookies

How we use your data is described in the Privacy policy, and cookies in the Cookie policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We try to settle any disagreement amicably; write to us and we will reply within 30 days.

If you are a consumer, you may contact the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC) or use the alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL) described on anpc.ro. Failing an agreement, the Romanian courts have jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page. Last updated: 26 October 2026.
