- Motor insurance (RCA) and roadworthiness test (ITP) valid at submission and for the last 12 months.
- At least 2 price offers for the new vehicle.
- Shareholders’ or board decision approving the project, with total value and own contribution.

Frequently asked questions
Is VAT covered?
No. The eligible cost is the vehicle price excluding VAT; VAT and ineligible costs are paid by the company. Whether the cap applies before or after VAT is still to be clarified with the ministry.
What happens to the old vehicle?
It is scrapped within 60 days of receiving the new vehicle, with a destruction certificate and removal from the accounting records.
What are my obligations after the contract?
Keep the vehicle and the business for 5 years after completion, send progress reports and keep the documents for 10 years.
Can I get an advance?
The guide allows pre-financing of up to 40% against a bank guarantee. Otherwise costs are reimbursed based on invoices paid by bank transfer.
